Historical Saturday's #5- The Dog Whisperer

HISTORICAL SATURDAY’S#5
THE DOG WHISPERER- CESAR MILLAN

Hello again fellow viewers of Big Time Data, welcome back for another exclusive of Historical Saturday’s. Today we are going to look into one of the most well known people on Earth.

He is not any ordinary person and no matter how many times he does he never seizes to impress. Let’s give applause to Cesar Millan, The Dog Whisperer!!! Well, I guess the title gave it away.

Cesar Millan has become a best friend towards dogs, especially the naughty, rude and untrained.  Cesar has established a reputation through his show called The Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic channel. Cesar Millan on every of his episodes always say’s that “No dog is too hard for him to handle.” And he lives up to his word.

So what is the mystery behind the Dog Whisperer? Who is he? Where does he come from? Well that will all be explained soon.

(Look who’s in the spotlight?)

Origins

(What a happy family)
Cesar Millan was born on August 27th 1969 in a city called Culiacan in the northwest part of Mexico. Cesar grew up with his parents, and they were into the farming workforce. His family was poor and Cesar lived his childhood cut off from the latest technology/ entertainment.

Man sure feels hard and the worst part tempting, but it all comes down to good us. Which of course Cesar chose other ways to entertain himself. This would lead to his personality today, good job man.

Cesar Millan’s grandfather was a Campesino (farm worker) who looked after the animals in the farm. Cesar said that he loved to watch the animals in the farm doing their jobs, especially the dogs. He started to realize something about the dog’s personality. Cesar made a bold statement to himself saying that dogs don’t need training they just needed to respect their owners and a natural leader.

Millan first got his lesson about dogs from the dogs that he owned. He watched their behavior, appearance, actions and many prospects about them. Having no knowledge to any information about the biology of canine, he observed how his grandfather controlled them.
After careful observation, Cesar managed to control the dogs himself.

Pursuing Dreams

Cesar Millan’s family then moved to the city of Culiacan, where his father got a job as an official government photographer. They earned a TV set along the years and Cesar spent it wisely by watching shows to become a dog trainer. He then became a local vet doing the low class jobs, such as cleaning. The staff at the place called him “ El Perrero” The Dog Boy.

At the age of 21, Cesar decided it was time to cross the border to America, and by that he meant illegally. Well, it was all for the greater good of pursuing his dreams on becoming a dog trainer. It was a perilous journey and risk he made, the consequence was that he had to spend hours in a water hole, avoiding patrols. Though he managed to successfully cross the border.
He managed to find a job in San Diego, working in a grooming parlor. He soon built a reputation about curing dog behavior problems. Even with his building reputation, he had no formal dog training. Cesar’s name was spread after he helped actor Will Smith with his dog’s behavior. This was a miracle for him as he was recommended to many people and celebrities, and from then on his fame was sealed.

(Can you imagine doing that?)
 Cesar’s Way

(This Cesar not the other one!!!)

Cesar has his own unique way on training dogs, and it is not only just basic commands. Cesar claims that he transforms the badly behaved dogs’ and re-trains their owners. Now enough talk bout this and lets dive into how he does it.

He teaches owners the importance of strong leadership, how to stand tall and confidence. He claims that there are no short cuts to this process, though he often cures dogs’ bad behavior in a short space of time. Cesar also insists that owners should never get physical with their dogs and to always teach the Alpha Roll and choke collars.

Cesar stated that he does believe that dogs should be trained to day-to-day basis. This is to prevent unusual behavior, and of course to keep the dog fit and healthy.

As stated earlier about dogs having a natural leader and respect of their owners, Cesar uses this proven effective method. In my opinion it is a brilliant idea, as it greatly relates to the saying “Dogs Man’s best friend” it sounds so simple. Well to me it is really like making friends with other human beings today. Though Cesar has already said that dog’s psychology is different from humans.

Verdict

Cesar Millan is a friend to every dog and is a good man to begin with. He is a good role model to follow and has great thinking skills. Thanks for all the helpful advice Cesar.

(Thanks A Lot )

Historical Saturday's#4- Pablo Escobar- The King Of Drug lords?!

Historical Saturday’s#4- The King Of Drug Lords= Pablo Escobar

Welcome back to all the fellow viewers of Big Time Data. Today, I’m going to be talking about the History of the ruthless and cunning drug lord, Pablo Escobar. You all may be wondering who this guy is, but I assure you he is not any ordinary drug lord.

Surely right of the bat, I can tell that once many of you here this; you would be singing Snoop Dog Everyday. Trust me, Pablo Escobar is a person you would not like to mess around with and his actions are no better.

(Enjoying Life?)

Who In The World Is He?

Pablo Escobar was a big time Colombian drug lord, and he was one    of the most powerful, wealthy and violent scandals of history. He was born in 1949, a son of a teacher and a peasant. Pablo Escobar was born in Medellin, Colombia and stayed with his elder brother, Roberto and his parents. His brother made a statement that he was “ A good brother, who was kind, friendly and intelligent to someone who would achieve greatness.”
(Meet the Escobar's')
Turns out his brother were right, but in the opposite manner. He claimed that Pablo dreamed and driven to become the president of Colombia. Well, more of becoming the president of drug lords than his dream.

The Modern Day Robin Hood

( Quite the man aren't you?)

His reign of crime began when he was a kid, and sold stolen tombstones to smugglers. He moved up the chain of corruption, but in an interesting way to gain power.  That interesting way was gaining support by the poor people in Colombia and America.

He was essentially the Robin Hood of the modern era, and he surprisingly did it willing fully. He did charity work for the poor, and stapled himself as a public figure. Perhaps he wasn’t so bad after all, but this would later turn into an act of corruption.  Reason being, he had support from the people if he did anything wrong. Well, isn’t that a slick smart tactic?

Rise To Power

When Pablo Escobar was the age of twenty he was doing things, which would involve him getting paid. Some examples of these are stealing cars, and a habit of trading Cannabis. Surprisingly he did not smoke cigarettes or drink, but had a habit of smoking a plant called Cannabis. By then he knew that he was too far into the business and there was no getting out.

In the early 1970’s, Pablo began to trade cocaine and bought quality coca paste from Bolivia and Peru. He then processes it into cocaine, and sells it throughout America. Pablo’s reputation of his business began to grow after the illegal work he had done. The drug business became a living to him, and gathered a strong workforce to form the infamous Medellin Cartel.

(Pablo, the boys and drugs)

The drug leader of the cartel, Fabio Restrepo was killed and Pablo stood in power. It was said that Pablo planned for his assassination in order to be head of the cartel.

Formation Of The Family and Securing Power

Pablo was described to have an interest with young girls, and when he was 26 years old, he fell in love with a 15-year-old girl. That girl’s name was Victoria Henao Vellejo, and they were married in 1976. The couple had two children, Juan Pablo and Manuela, they would remain married until his death.

Pablo was a man who did as he pleased with his actions. That meant he would kill anyone who opposed him, which was quite often. Pablo was involved with many assassinations and kidnappings over the years, which caused the people’s respectful fear of him. Oddly enough, he was elected as a representative for the Colombian Liberal Party. I wonder how his killings were not noticed?

Eventually Pablo controlled almost 80% of the cocaine shipped to the U.S.  He was soon listed to be one of the ten richest people on Earth by magazines.  Though when he was on the run by the Colombian government and the U.S he caused a considerable amount of lives lost. Reason being, he bribed the people to kill them in reward of money, plus his own benefit of being innocent.

Pablo On The Run

Pablo Escobar was charged several times by the Colombian government, but he escaped every time. Though this time it was tying up the loose ends for them. They gave him one last warning to extradite himself, but of course he denied it.

By the time it happened he had lost his support and all that was left was himself and a single gunman. Pablo was no on the run, and there was no escaping. The unified effort by the U.S and the Colombians task force tracked him down using state of the art technology.

He was tracked by making multiple calls through different phones to a journalist. Pablo’s main idea of this was to gain fame, but the trick of using different phones was off. The infiltration team recognized the pattern and hunted him down.

(Well this is rather odd)
The assault team then received the news and headed to Pablo’s location. The drug lord gave chase, while the lone gunman held the team off, but was eventually killed. Pablo’s chase was not enough and was killed for restraining.

Verdict

His reign of terror was brought down and the people in Colombia were free, but the people whom he helped mourned over their savior.
The people buried him, while thousands mourned the public hero once known to them.
